IMAGINE MONET
THE IMMERSIVE EXHIBITION
WORLDWIDE PREMIERE !
Created by Annabelle Mauger, Julien Baron and art historian Androula Michael
IMAGINE MONET immerses the visitor in the work of one of the founders of Impressionism, Claude Monet.
Above all, Monet wanted to capture the fleeting nature of the light reflected on the landscape, on people and things. In his rapid execution in the open air, and the resulting dissolution of form, he went against the academicism of the time and created colourful environments that are, one might say, the first immersive works in the history of Modern Art.
The series of the “Cathedrals” and the “Water Lilies” from his garden in Giverny are among more than 200 paintings by Monet that will be projected in Image Totale©. This artistic approach immerses the viewer in the heart of the works painted by the artist particularly in France.
Produced by Tandem Expositions in collaboration with Encore Productions, the team behind the exceptional success of IMAGINE VAN GOGH and more recently IMAGINE PICASSO, with more than 1 000,000 tickets sold across Canada and USA.
Under the current Provincial Health Order, the vaccination passport will no longer be required, as of March 12, to access the IMAGINE MONET exhibition.
